All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. boxes. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Delays and missing packages We're not responsible for shipping delays, or items that are marked delivered and are missing. We will help in any way we can but any issues need to be placed with UPS or the USPS. Refunds, returns, and exchanges If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will work with you. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Returns: You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging.
